Sign in uses Apple Sign-In. If the prompt doesn't appear, check:

• Settings → Apple ID → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple — make sure Tickle the Pig is listed
• Force-quit the app (swipe up + away) and reopen
• If you previously used "Hide My Email", that relay email is what we have on file

Your tickle bank regenerates one tickle every few minutes (faster with a Warm Tea blessing). If the number seems stuck:

• Pull-to-refresh on the Barn (drag down from the top)
• The cap is 25 tickles — once you hit the cap, regen pauses

A few reasons this can happen:

• They're not a friend yet — accept their request first (Friends → Inbox)
• You already have a pending trade with them — finish or cancel that one first
• 24-hour cooldown — after a trade is fulfilled between two players, you wait 24 hours before another. Cancelled or declined trades don't count toward the cooldown.

• Settings → Notifications → Tickle the Pig — make sure "Allow Notifications" is on
• Inside the app: open Friends tab → grant the permission if prompted
• Sign-in matters: a brand-new account hasn't registered a push token yet. Sign in first, then notifications start arriving on the next trade/blessing/curse

Pull-to-refresh the Friends → Inbox tab. If it still doesn't show after a minute, screenshot the time + sender's name and email us.

Rare. Email us your username + a screenshot of the purchase confirmation. We'll grant the item manually within 24 hours.

Email us from the address on file — we delete your row plus all related rows (friendships, season progress, owned hats) within 30 days. The deletion is permanent.
